Played here with some friends today coverall, was a nice course! No mosquitoes was huge, very nice, course was decently well kept. We were the last tee time and I’ll tell you what, it’s so relaxing not having anyone hot on your tail, I recommend it! Was $37 ish bucks to go during the week, after hours, I think it shoots way up high on the weekends, so that alone will probably not let me come back, just can’t afford that. Overall, good first experience, may come back… only during the week though when it’s cheaper 😁

Very beautiful scenic course at an extremely good price. Great golf carts with touchable GPS. Nice landscaping all throught the whole course. Groomed to the 9's from the tee boxes, to fairways and greens, rough was also thick and well kept. Green speeds played true and the bunkers were maintained and well placed. Many additional hazards to avoid such as water, tall grass, woods, and back yards that come into play on most holes. All around awesome couse that lived up to the expectations. Would definalty play again and well worth the money.

Do not recommend this course. The customer service is terrible. Employees are incredibly rude. 2 minutes before our tee time, after waiting several minutes for drinks, the workers YELLED at us to get on the tee to tee off. After the FIRST HOLE old men in golf carts drove up to us to tell us to hurry up and catch up to the people in front of us even though we were waiting for the people in front of us from holes 2-18? The same worker approached us multiple times on the course to "check on us". I will certainly not be returning to this course, and I will be telling my friends to golf anywhere else. Employees are sexist, rude, and arrogant.

Play here 4 days a week with a regular group of 10-12 golfers. Can’t believe some of the reviews I’m seeing. Course is in great shape considering we have had three drought seasons in a row. Fairways are in great condition. Rough is thinner than normal but so is my yard and I have a sprinkler system too. With one week of natural rain the course has greened and thickened up quickly in drier areas. My only recommendation would be to budget for leveling a few tee boxes every year.

Horrible pace of play management. Booked two tee times in the late evening and was yelled at by some old marshal about holding up the group behind us. Our groups were playing pretty quick (gets dark earlier) and ended up at the tee boxes together multiple times. Not once did this guy tell the foursome in front of us to pick up their pace, which was the reason we had to slow our pace, thus holding up the group behind us. If you're going to play bad golf, at least play it quickly, so you don't end up having the marshal yell at everyone behind you. Also, if you want a better deal for twilight, head over to Oak Marsh where it's 30$ with a cart for as many as you can play.

The worst golf course experience I've ever had. The staff are unbelievably rude. My group of experienced golfers was watched and/or approached 6 times in 18 holes and told to "catch up to the group in front of us". Mind you, there was no one behind us, and we were golfing at a very reasonable pace. After the first hole we asked an employee a question and he laughed at us? I will not be returning to this golf course, and I will be telling other Woodbury residents to go anywhere else. The unreasonably high prices are certainly not worth the negative customer service experience.

Golfing here was a truly terrible experience. I am not someone who usually leaves reviews or gets particularly upset when receiving poor service. I understand that service jobs are incredibly taxing and that sometimes folks need the benefit of the doubt if something goes awry or if they come across as rude but this experience would test the nerves of the calmest Minnesotan. We had a group of new golfers trying to learn the sport. We showed up early and teed off exactly on time. We played the first hole and a relatively leisurely pace maybe taking 7 strokes each but certainly not dawdling around. The golfing staff drove out to us and told us in a pretty abrasive manner that we were holding up the people behind us and that we have to go faster. We apologized and picked up our pace. They continued stoping us at EVERY HOLE for at least 6 more holes and lecturing us for minutes at a time on how we needed to go faster.after the second time they stopped us we were pretty much not golfing any more we were going through as fast as we possibly could, playing only best ball and basically not putting. It got to the point that we couldn’t take it anymore and snapped at one of the guys and told him to stop harassing us at which point they stopped bugging but by that point we were all pretty irritated and we’re just trying to get done as fast as possible. Some things I wanted to specifically point out is that nobody in our group was drunk or being loud or Obnoxious, we were intentionally very polite up until I snapped at the guy and the group of 3 male workers seemed pretty intentional in their harassment of us specifically. This was not us catching one worker having a bad day, this was multiple employees deliberately trying to chase us off and have us not come Back. Well… mission accomplished.

Was once a great course but the City of Woodbury has let it go. Woodbury is a very nice suburb, excellent parks and public spaces/trails, but for some reason they treat the golf course differently. Go over to HealthEast Sports Complex, the fields are in great shape and it's not pay to play like a golf course. A lot of the rough at Eagle Valley is now just hard dirt and weeds. If the rough is sloped at all your ball will bounce out of play. Greens in poor condition, areas around the greens are worse. Tee boxes are getting more and more mounded over time. Fairways are spotty. Usually in Sept/Oct the course starts to recover, not this year. The course may not be able to recover now. Many regulars starting to look and play elsewhere.
